Palomas Bar LLC runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you visit and what we do with it. We kept it short and plain.

What we collect

This site has no forms and no accounts, so we never ask for your name, email or phone number here.

If you say yes to cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits. It tells us which pages people view, what kind of device they use, roughly what city they’re in and how they found us. It also tells us when someone taps to call us or get directions. It does not tell us who you are.

If you say no, Google Analytics stores no cookies on your device. Google may still get a basic signal that a page loaded, with no cookie, so it can’t follow you from one visit to the next.

Who else sees it

• Google runs Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for us. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• The map on our home page comes from Google Maps and loads with the page. When it loads, Google sees your IP address, like any website you visit, and may set its own cookies under Google’s policy.
• Links to Facebook and Google Maps take you to those sites. Their privacy policies apply there.
• Our website host, Vercel, keeps basic server logs, like IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and safe.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for ads.

How long we keep it

We set Google Analytics to delete visit data after 14 months.

Your choices

You can change your cookie choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also clear cookies in your browser. If your state gives you more privacy rights, contact us and we’ll help.

Kids

Palomas Bar is for adults 21 and over. This site is not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
