Cookie policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Here’s what this site uses and how to change your mind.

Cookies we use only if you say yes

If you tap “That’s fine” on our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets these cookies to count visits:

• _ga tells one visitor apart from another without knowing who you are. It lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_<ID> keeps track of your current visit. It also lasts up to 2 years.

If you tap “No thanks,” we don’t set these cookies.

What we save that isn’t a cookie

We save your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage under the name palomas.consent, so the banner doesn’t pop up on every page. It stays until you clear your browser data.

The map

The Google Map on our home page loads with the page. Google may set its own cookies when it does, under Google’s policy. Our cookie banner controls our analytics, not Google Maps. Many browsers block these third-party cookies by default.

Change your choice

Use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page to change your answer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Calling us, getting directions and everything else on this site works the same no matter what you choose.
